End User License Agreement

Subject to your continued compliance with this Agreement, AMP INTERMEDIACAO LTDA grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable Extended Access License to access and use the EvenFlow platform ("Software") for personal, non-commercial purposes during the licensed access period.

This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Software to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You may not, and you may not permit any third party to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Software.
• Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise commercially exploit access to the Software.
• Share, transfer, or grant access to your account or credentials to any other person.
• Use the Software for any unauthorized commercial purpose.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security, authentication, or licensing mechanisms.
• Use the Software to develop a competing product or service.

You acknowledge and agree that you do not acquire ownership of any of the following:

• Source code
• Software architecture
• Trademarks, logos, and brand assets
• Any intellectual property associated with the Software

All such rights remain the exclusive property of AMP INTERMEDIACAO LTDA and its licensors.

This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software. Sections relating to Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Disclaimer survive termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall AMP INTERMEDIACAO LTDA be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Software.

Our total aggregate liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Software during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind. EvenFlow is a software platform intended for routine planning, scheduling, organization, and educational purposes. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, sleep therapy, or professional healthcare services. Individual experiences may vary.
