Terms of Service

By accessing or using the EvenFlow platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or of legal age in your jurisdiction, to purchase and use EvenFlow. By using the Service you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, AMP INTERMEDIACAO LTDA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable Extended Access License to access and use the EvenFlow platform for your personal, non-commercial use during the licensed access period.

This license does not constitute a sale or transfer of ownership of any part of the Service.

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws.
• Provide accurate information during registration and checkout.
• Promptly notify support of any unauthorized account use.

Users may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• Copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of the Service.
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the Service.
• Share account credentials with any third party.
• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or its underlying systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in any prohibited activity. No refund will be issued for suspensions resulting from violations.

All intellectual property in the EvenFlow platform — including source code, software architecture, content, design, trademarks, logos, and documentation — remains the exclusive property of AMP INTERMEDIACAO LTDA. No rights are granted to you other than those expressly set forth in these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMP INTERMEDIACAO LTDA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding twelve (12) months.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. EvenFlow is a software platform intended for routine planning, scheduling, organization, and educational purposes. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, sleep therapy, or professional healthcare services.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Niterói, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
